super delay!!!!

today at the studio.. i was mixing a song and suddenly im having this strange delay,chorus from no where...
i turned off all the effects still im getting the delays :|...
im thinking it might be a latency problem because the performance meter in reaper is showing high cpu usage above 50..without the fx..
i restarted the whole thing still its not working...
is it a virus or sth ?
i never had this problem :|

Sounds very strange, post clips. Is it only on certain tracks or the whole mix? Did you try rendering?

it sounds okay when im rendering it...
just some problems inside the DAW

suddenly track are not in sync
vocal has this usual delay chorus.. inside the daw
def a latency issue... but i cant find out what is using my cpu..
all the necessary startup software's are turned off
still its fucking my brain
