Well, i have drumtracks ready, but i never dealt with midi drums, so if i wanted to apply some VST fx on let's say snare in Cubase, or automate the volume envelopes, how can i do that?

Thanks for a helping hand in advance

On your superior mixer, click on the output of a mic and select Multichannel.
Now click the little square button at the right of the e button on the vst instrument window in Cubase, activate the outputs.
Now they should appear in your Cubase mixer.

the way i do it is go to the Devices tab up the top, click VST Instruments, Click where it says 1, Select Superior and it will open up all the tracks, then just use the inserts on each channel to control it :)

I tried the method Charlez described and it worked, but the resulting sound has lost the tones i had set in Buses of superoir mixer. Is it possible to get the buses routed to the cubase mixer, not instruments, if yes - how?

I hate to be a dick but, if you actaully did buy SD2.0 you would know of the features and that multichannel is possible, but then again it is possible it is that your relatively new to recording and someone pointed you to SD2.0 for drum sounds. Even still if thats the case, the manual goes into extreme detail on how to setup multichannel for cubase and logic. But I digress.

If you looked around on the mixer a bit more you would find that you can route both mics and busses to multichannel outs.
