How to use all this good gear to get good quality record?

The easy answer to this is to give it all to someone who already knows how to use it and have them track/mix your music.

Sounds like you really need to spend some time learning about signal chains and REALLY basic things... google is your friend... and unfortunately, with this thread here, you may not have any on this forum...

The 57 and 421 is a great combination on guitars. You should be able to get great tones out of that combo.
