Ahem, if you all were to open the wonderful Comic, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, you would see that an aging, tired Batman almost beat Superman. This being the case, I feel that Goku would put up a pretty damned good fight. Plus Goku does not rely on the sun for his powers. This could be used to his advantage.Also if he died in the fight, the DBZ crew would find some way to bring him back from the dead(again) anyway. Goku is like Jesus as far as DBZ is concerned.
