There's no contradiction with the US exlusive. The 70K cruise boat is Bahaman territory because it is registered at The Bahamas.

...aaaand I won't be much surprised if (coughwhencough ) they'll announce Nightwish onboard the 70K.

I would have to say that there is a good chance Nightwish will be on that cruise, i mean look at how things are shaping up.
