Swedish modern metal frontrunners, Mister Misery, have checked in with an update and a new single / video, “Into Oblivion”. Read on…
“Dear Ghosts,
Long have you waited and the day has finally come. So please join us, with all the love and support you always show, in welcoming no one other than Kammo as the new bass player of the band.
“We are so incredibly happy to not only be a complete band again, but also to bring in a long time friend who’s musical talent and sheer energy brings new life into Mister Misery!
Many of you recognise Kammo already as a familiar face from The Dark Legacy Tour, and it seems we are following a trend in converting our crew into band members at some point. We received many applications for the bass position, but we finally realised that we had the perfect fit for the role by our side all along.
Funny side note: It was Kammo who recommended Alex to contact Rizzy to join back in 2019, so now the circle is complete!”
With regards to new single, “Into Oblivion”, the band comments:
“As some of you may know, this song was leaked for 24 hours a couple of weeks back. And due to that fact, some things gets complicated for this song to reach it’s full potential on the major streaming platforms. Therefore, we need you help now more than ever, to share the news as much as possible, and to make sure you hit that pre-save button.
This was unfortunate for us, but sometimes things are out of our control and we’ve done all that we can to fix the issue. We’d like to extend our deepest gratitude to all you who will help us by sharing this song beforehand, and hope that you will dig this new banger as much as we do.”

Mister Misery released release their third studio album on August 2, 2024 via AFM Records. The self-titled album can be ordered here.
