Swedish beer...what's wrong?!

I just hate to hear each and everyone criticize Swedish beer. I've never tasted it, but surely it can't be THAT bad, can it? I refuse to believe that some danskjaevlar can do it better than us. Has anyone here tasted these beers?:

1.Falcon
2. Mariestadts
3. Norrlands Guld
4. Pripps
5. Åreby (or something)

Hmmm well actually "danskjaevlarna" are much better pripps is the worst of them....Norrlands Guld is my favorite but then i have not tasted Mariestadts.....

There´s something odd in Sweden´s alcohol politics. At least a few years ago they could sell only super light beer in milk shops.
Their booze shops look like some fucking farmacies...

In other words, we are better at making snus than beer. Then again, most foreigners on BB's and just plain boring Swedes tend to be disgusted by snus.

That´s comercial shit beer... Sweden´s got great beer from small breweries, but our culture is in Vodka and stuff... I´d go for eastern euoropean beer, or german, and Ale from the brittish islands...

Snus is great.. Specially GENERAL! Och inget jävla blöjsnus!

Only problems with Swedish beers is that they taste like shit and are not effective if you want to get drunken. Off from those facts, if you like to drink it.... ENJOY!

well, it's not about me being nationalist but the best beers are obviously Belgian. If you don't agree, it means you simply didn't taste them yet. The most commercial is Stella Artois, which is not my pesonal favorite. German and English (not to mention American) are piss compared to us.

i quite like Belgium beer, not steller tho, things like Hoegarden and Duvel (sp?)...but calling English beer piss really wont stand with me, and it simply means you havn't tasted real english beer, not crapy, mass-produced stuff like Carling or John Smiths...but real ale...
