Update from the station and best pay attention unsigned bands that wanna get a bit of on air play.

G'day all.

Greetings from SWR FM 99.9. Just a quick note to inform you that Sydney's fastest growing and coolest community radio station are currently upgrading our drive shows. Produced by (Nasty) Paul Wilesmith from The Sound Of Metal, our new programs will be featuring a wide variety of new music, everything from Heavy Metal to Hip Hop to Classic and Obscure Rock . In other words everything that you will not hear on commercial radio! We are currently seeking new releases from anyone who has quality material of any genre, with a particular emphasis on Australian artists, as well as the best from overseas. Unfortunately we will not be able to include such styles as extreme metal or gangsta rap in our drive program, however we have many specialist shows which can easily cater for these musical styles.

Please send all promotional material for SWR fm to;

PO Box 221

PS...SWRTEMBER IS COMING!!..........stay tuned!!!

Anywhere west of Sydney needs more shows.
Also another way to get some play time on the air is to give Matt your CDs. He's at almost every show every weekend.
He looks like this...

Well I was going to put up a really drunk pic, but... well... I figure there's little left to experience in the world these days.
Yeah, I guess you could sleep with him, but that's so much more effort. Unless you starfish, but even then you've got to go somewhere. Nah, sleeping with him is inefficient.

Silly people...Do I have to keep spreading more diseases? The more I spread, the more people will be infected with the metal matt syndrome...thats never good

Big things happening for SWR FM in feb...possible outside broadcast for soundwave festival

Another reminder to check out the Metal show hosted by Metal Matt on Monday nights.
9-10pm, BENEATH THE REMAINS; Aussie Metal/New Releases

Always a good listen and as stated before you'll have to look very hard to find a person more supportive and comitted to Australian Metal than Matt!:worship:
