meh, not like this is that noobish of a question. I guess most regular folks around here would find it amusing, but personally I think that this fellow has come to the right place to learn how to get close to the sybreed production sound
my advice for the original poster:
to me, 99% of pod tones sound the same. whether you are using a pod, or putting a mic in front of an amp, the most important thing is not to go too overboard with the lows (the bass will fill them in) use drum sounds that complement the guitar sound, tune drums to the key of the song and to get the right balance mix wise.
there is not a pod preset that will make you sound like sybreed. alot of the guitar sound is a result of giving every instrument its own space in the mix.
to get a sybreed style tone, just use the recto amp emulation, with simulated tube screamer before the amp, try to find drum samples that sound similar to sybreed, use a bit of overdrive on the bass.
Practice mixing. there is so much info around here. if you can pick up on the production values that most of the folks here have to share, then you should have no prob achieving a sybreed style sound. stick around
