Probably my least favorite of all Therion albums but anyway it fits your symphonic death description and is considered a classic by many

The Project Hate - they're symphonic DM with an Amy Lee-type vocalist and a superb DM vocalist (can't remember his name though).

I think they're industrial death metal, not symphonic, unless they've done both on various albums.
