The only problem is that the bass should be tuned in DADG instead of ADGCF... I don't think the tune goes as low as C#. Same with the guitar; I highly doubt Doug ever uses any non-standard tuning except maybe Drop D.
Just wanted to state this for anyone interested in trying to play this... I sure am.
EDIT: Just took a closer look, and I think "Prognosis" might even be in standard tuning. The "low-high" slap part would be impossible to nail in D... Ed, can you shed some light on this?

Progtology is in E execpt for when I get to the solo a dropped the Kubicki D-Peg down to D, just for the last two slap fills, they are open. The rest of the song is standard as is Prognosis. They are both four string not five.
Hey I think Doug has done a few things with alt tuning, I think What to Say actually has some parts. He goes to D in Break and Tug of War for sure.
