Nice! How is the Diezel?
I'm really keen to hear more clips of it - its one of those amps that gets praised crazy amounts but no-one ever seems to have any clips of.....

That carpet is the best piece of gear we own.
To be honest since buying the Diezel the only chance we've actually had to record it was on a kiddy pop-punk band that played so badly I'm gonna do my best to never hear those songs ever again.
We may give it another shot this weekend though. We bought it more for it's great clean sound as frankly we've got access to all the high-gain kit you could ever want. It is an incredible sounding head though. Run it through the Mesa cabs and the sound just blows you away. Even the clean channel has a really nice breakup when you push the gain.
I'll confess that we don't actually own the Peavey, Mesa, Engle or Marshall heads though. They actually belong to bands we rent rehearsal space to, but they've given us free reign to borrow their gear for recording so we figured we may as well make the most of it.
