I'll push Chrome Gardens to anyone who wants a tattoo. Stacy is not only one of the artists, but the owner, and a down-to-earth sensible business woman too. She's trying to get Pennsylvania to enact some form of legislation regarding tattoo parlors. Last time we spoke, anyone with a machine could start their own shop, which is uncool. CG makes their own needles, and Stacy and Brian are two damn good artists.
