i spoken to Fredrik Thordendal about the DEI album and guitar sounds.
i said that i have read that they used a Dual recto in DEI. and asked what kind of pedal theý used inbetween. my first thought was TS-9. but i was wrong. they used a TC electronics preamp. i have a TC preamp on hold right now.

Yeah, I'm going to be putting some cash away and scouring eBay for one after Xmas. Definitely a great way to tighten the shit out of an amp.

i looked at ads on some swedish sites and found one! goes for 900 SKR used.
