This name was quite weird, so good move for the band IMO. Nice to get new material soon.

I'm not really sure there's a lot of upgrade there.
When I spoke to Seeb from Orden Ogan he mentioned that he now runs his lyrics passed a few friends who are native English speakers. I've always wondered why more bands don't utilize such a tactic. The problem is that these non-English first language bands keep putting together words we would never say together and they sound dumb.

I don't see why Firewind is your example. There are lots of instances of those two things playing together that are not in any way goofy or illogical.

Sorry... I'm missing the irony. Care to elaborate? The irony in this sentence runs deep.
He was referring to your typo:
"he now runs his lyrics passed a few friends who are native English speakers."
Agree with those who aren't sure the name is an upgrade - although at least Crossnail doesn't sound like a character that should be frolicking in the 100 Acre Wood with Winnie the Pooh and Tigger.
It's my example because it's the first thing I thought of. I could've said Raintime and it would've been just as dumb. Don't take it personally. You're welcome to give more. If you've ever said Firewind together or heard someone who has outside of the name of the band I wouldn't believe it for a second.
