DFHS wins because it fits in your mix a lot better IMO. AD is more organic and boomy sounding and i think your song needs a more mechanical tight sound like DFHS had.

So, by that statement, I'm assuming you feel AD sounds more natural, DFHS being more obvious of being a program?

I dig the AD sections more. They sound fuller, which has been my only complaint about ToonTrack libraries - they sound inherently THIN. AD also makes the track feel a lot heavier, i.e. more badass

Addictive Drums fo' sho!

I know out of experience that with a little goofing around it can sound even better :)

And i don't like that snare too be honoust, I think the Tama 14x5 and Pearl 14x16,5 are the best sounding (but that's personal ;))

Thanks for all votes and opinions so far guys.. im still in doubt myself, but im defenitely replacing the addictive drum's overheads.
Might do some sampling on the snare, as i used no samples, no outside effects at all.. and try to get some more room in the snare, there is something about this snare i really like.. think fear factory's "obsolete" and you'll know what i am after.
Im keeping the kick, maybe some EQ to get some more high end in it, more click/attack.. at the end of the song i have double bassdrum parts where this kick just has this great low end rumble i like so much, and simply can't get done with the toontrack kicks.
