I concur that part is pretty good,

but I still prefer the aforementioned sections of In The Shadow Of Our Pale Companion, but at least I figured out which section you were talking about :D
 
If you like the horns, check out Sculptured - even better horn work, albeit alot stranger and more lounge-like. Sculptured is Don Anderson's main project with Haughm on drums and JWW on bass for the uninitiated.
