I think what you're saying is they are able to correctly utilize English grammar. Intelligence is a completely different matter.

No, that's not what i'm saying. I'm saying some of them can actually write about a topic and back it up with logical and rational reasoning. Which is more than most people here have been able to do.

Also, in English grammar, it's "utilise". Utilize is American grammar.
