In light of the recent topic of what does price matter these days check out this interview with George Massenburg. At first an interview about why there is only one knob on his preamp that then turns into an exixtential discussion on producer and engineer approach which I find fascinating in general, and the pro-sumer market of which we are all apart of - even the high end producers/engineers.
Maybe you've heard it before but if not enjoy. Listen past the preamp it sparked a few thoughts in my head.
