Yeah that's pretty much been my name this past week. I screwed up my back, just going for a damned walk

Occasionally. I think it was caused by being mostly sedentary (and hunched over on my bed) for winter break, then suddenly getting up and walking to school one day to buy books. On the way back my backpack was heavy with books, too. When school's in session I make that walk every day with an enormously heavy backpack, and it doesn't bother me.
