Gojira is headcrushing big riff heavy metal, influenced by real good bands and music worth being influenced by. They pick a riff you haven't heard before, stick with it (unlike most shit these days), and take risks in their choice of 'sounds'. They're at least TRYING something new, and that's an ideal worthy of respect. There's only about 4 or 5 'metal' bands these days actually doing anything risky and worth the listening time these days, and Gojira is one of them. So STFU and SMB-2!
