There's very little good to say about it sadly. It's really poor, and perhaps his worst work since.. *insert crap album here*



A small handful of songs are enjoyable, even ‘cool’ or ‘rockin’. But as an album, it’s crap.

Trash, Hey Stoopid, Raise Your Fist & Yell and Constrictor is the best era of Alice!

Those 4 albums as well as Welcome To My Nightmare, Billion Dollar Babies, Killer, Love It To Death and From The Inside are his best!

From what I heard of it, it's not as bad as a lot of people are saying but it's nothing on Trash, Hey Stoopid and Raise Your Fist And Yell!

I feel ashamed to say, I haven't got the album yet. Money..... I've heard good things about it though. I hope I like it more than you do, Sydo! What's wrong with it - are they songs boring or too slow? Is it the same lineup as the previous two?

Are you guys joking? 'Eyes' is great stuff!! He has just re-invented himself yet again.....the album is full of trademark Alice tongue in cheek lyrics, catchy riffs and cool hooks.
'Between high school and old school', 'Man of the year', 'Be with you awhile', 'This house is haunted' and 'Love should never feel like this' are all classic Alice tracks.

Hey, a lot of people didn't like the so-called 'industrial' sound of Brutal Planet, and now I don't know many people that don't like it!
You just have to go with Alice......he knows what he's doing.

Now I've finally heard the damn thing, it's safe to say I don't mind it at all. Bit of a ripoff at only 44 minutes though.

I quite enjoyed Brutal Planet, but Dragontown bored me. If Alice had made a rhird album in that style, I would have started treating him with the same disdain I reserve for post-Get A Grip Aerosmith.

What Do You Want from Me, Man of the Year and Novocaine are all excellent. But they're the only three songs I constantly listen to, and three songs cannot make an album.
