Transilvanian Hunger is a classic, you have no right calling yourself a black metal fan if you don't have it in your collection. Although it's not exactly produced, it captures the cold rawness of black metal more than any other record. It can be either loved or hated. If you can see past the apparently simplistic and repetitve song structure and production, you will discover a great record.
