My friend and I recorded little sample cover of The HAARP Machine's "The Escapist Notion." He played the guitars for this bit, and I did the rest.
I used Superior/Slate for drums and LePou + JakeAC5253 cab impulse for guitars. Logic software instruments for the intro as well. Didn't feel like struggling through the bass parts, so I just plugged midi into Logic's ESX24 (lazy, I know!).
I know it's ridiculously short, but I'd like to hear some opinions on this mix! Let me know what you all think, perhaps we'll continue on with this cover.
