The Haunted in pre-production mode (interesting little Video)

the dead eye rules... great CD. here's the thing about "triggers".... first of all, they aren't always used to trigger samples... they are great for editing and for keying gates and in some cases, compressors. second, "triggers" are NOT "samples"... i'm so tired of that misnomer. so, "using triggers" is not "bad"... even if you come from a universe where adding samples to drum performances is punishable by death.

and yes, dolving is a nutter... get over it.. all the best musicians always are. i'm more than just a tad crazy myself. Marco was cool, but dolving IS the haunted singer and sound.

+1, or +1.75 if you count the badgers...

Massive Haunted AND Dolving fan here....had the most surreal of political conversations with the dude outside my apartment building when they played across the street last year. Cracking gig and extremely cool and intelligent guys. I wish there were more bands like 'em.

Revolver and The Dead Eye played a big part in instigating my reinterest in metal again after many years. I trust the next one will do the same notwithstanding triggers, samples, kazoos (or lack thereof) :D
