Fuck me, this is an amazing record!

Yeah, I know, they're popular and have music videos and get played on the radio, but goddamn can they write good songs! I've been playing this one since summer... it's catchy as all-get-out, but hasn't really grown stale like most insta-gratification bands. They also have a very old school New Wave vibe that's just sooooo well pulled off, like the Cars if they had heavy geetarz. If more recent bands could pen the tunes as well as these guys, modern rock wouldn't be in such a shoddy shape.
