5. Storm - Nordavind (no wonder Fenriz hates folk metal, he played a part in creating one of the worst albums in the subgenre)

really didn't care much for the Gorod and Psycroptic albums on my first spin(especially the former), but i really warmed up to both of em. Think they're both very solid outings.

Yeah I'm still getting into Gorod's new one. I'm also warming up to it, slowly.

Loved Psycroptic's one instantly though. Probably their best effort since (ob)Servant. Saw them at a local studio in Footscray a few months ago for something like $10. Gotta love it when a worldwide band such as them is still a "local band". They're just as good live as they are on the album. If you ever get the chance to see them live, jump at the opportunity.
