Just out of curiousity, who thinks the line up will change between now and september, and if so, by how much?

Apart from several more bands to be announced (Including some big names) I doubt the line up will change at all

I hope it does not change!!! I don't think there will be any major changes!
But anyway it don't matter much....last year hammerfall pulled out but were replaced by Edguy who are equally if not more amazing so either way it's guarenteed to be class line-up!

I doubt very much that Dragonforce will be playing this year as it's rare that more than one band play at consecutive bloodsocks and this year FWK are already confirmed. I do think they'll make their return in 2005.Miknal said:Cross's fingers for Dragonforce :-D

Nah, just generally, with a lot of festivals people pull in and out a lot, and this is true a lot with the smaller festivals, but this one seems pretty solid

In 3 years of the show and presenting over 50 bands only Hammerfall have had to pull out due to injury, and in some quarters their replacement Edguy were deemed superior!
It is our intention to ensure all acts who we confirm stick to their contracts and play the show. Seeing as the festival is now being seen by many bands as the best Metal festival in the UK I am sure we will not be short of world class bands who want to play!!

i kind of missunderstood the question, i thought it was about how many more bands would be added.
Loved 03, but i think this is on par with it, BODOM, SONATA, SINERGY, GAMMA RAY, BALANCE OF POWER to name a few of the main stage must see bands!
In my eyes nothing could be better than 03 cause i was first in the signing cue to meet nightwish and saw them live for the first time and such, and also saw Edguy for the first time, and definatly it wont be the last!
So 04 wont be better i dont think but it is equal in line up

I hink im just an oddity cos i dont find nightwish that amazing, i love em n all, good band but there are so many other bands who blow them away... I find them a little samey after a while... good honest simple metal, not great, not terrible... mind you Tarja makes up for the occasional musical boringness... yummy...
i have the same problem with Edguy except Tobias (that s his name isnt it?) isnt quite as attractive... Damn fine live band though...
