Guess I'll jump on the geographical bandwagon:

The Midwest: it's lot more than corn and meth!

The Midwest: it's lot more than corn and meth!

and did you say that with a straight face?

I've been to several of the midwest states more than plenty of times on account of having family there and just the people alone make me want to go wasted on horrible facefucking drugs.

...but not you

well

maybe

:erk:

So you guys don't like Kansas City BBQ, Order From Chaos, American muscle cars, or Marlin Brando?

KC BBQ: Is this a chain? If so, I've never heard of it
Order From Chaos: Definitely
American Muscle Cars: Could care less
Marlin Brando: he's alright until he asks for the butter

I'll also cut Michigan some slack since they have a great underground thrash scene

the midwest isnt bad at all. I just happen to live in the flattest state. We do however have the most fertile soil in the world. heh
Sucks when you wanna hike and shit.

Michigan honestly is a shit hole state, but there are some amazing places here as far as nature is concerned. Our entire upper peninsula is basically nature.

Detroit is bad but it isn't as bad (nearly) as people make it out to be. There are some areas I don't feel safe at, but mostly I'm fine there.

I'm another midwestfag here.

I live in the Chicago suburbs so I don't get my fair share of corn and meth.

Actually, the Midwest is a very large region and many areas within it are incomparable.

Naperville is very nice. If I ever had to move to Chicago, I'd want to live out there rather than the city

Yeah Naperville is a pretty nice place aside from some of the snobby people and asshole traffic cops who will pull you over for going 1 mile over the speed limit.

But yeah, I'd still much rather live here than in the city. I'm in the city quite often and I've realized that city life just isn't for me.

Definitely a cool town. I remember Master of Lightning called me nuts for wanting to move there. Whats not to like about it? It was voted one of the Top 10 places to raise a family in the U.S., nice bars(w/o Downtown prices), they have alot of summer festivals inculding Ribfest which is a great time.

I will say the only place I hated driving across more than Kansas/Nebraska/Iowa/SD while I was truck driving was Los Angeles, for completely different reasons.

Kansas, Iowa, and SD look the same mile after mile.

Nebraska is different, as in every 5-10 miles looks like the last 5-10 miles.

Field,woods,creek,field,woods,creek,Platte River../repeat.
