The new Blabbermouth?

Yeah the old layout was better...could quickly check the stories, now you have to scroll and scroll and scroll. Yuck.

I also liked the old style where you could quickly browse the articles.

Meh, probably get used to the new layout.

I can understand some of the hate of the site, but I find it quite useful (if you skip a lot of the fluff). I've actually found some cool bands I've never heard of because of Blabber.

Me too. Every time some band I've never heard of has a headline that says "New song/video posted", I'll give it at least a cursory listen. Worst thing that can happen is I turn it off after a minute and move on with my life. I've found some stuff I would probably never have been exposed to in my usual circles that way.

As for the new comment section, the comments section of Blabbermouth has been the unwashed asshole of the metal community since it was put in, but maybe now it will be better since all the hateful idiot trolls can't hide behind a handle anymore. I hadn't noticed it because I'm used to avoiding it unless I'm feeling unusually masochistic, but posting with Facebook is a brilliant idea and I hope Riotact666 feels properly ashamed to show his (real) face in the comments ever again.

This is one of the worst aspects about blabbermouth. As if the comments aren't bad enough, they aren't even clever. It is merely dicks wanting to be dicks, for the sake of being dicks (that is a lot of dick) Most of them seem like they would be in their 20s going by some of the things they say and the bands they jump all over.

I like the dick thing you have going. Actually it pretty much describes most of the posters pre-NBM (New BlabberMouth) pretty well. Good riddance to those douchetools.

Yeah for most that could work. My only hope is a bionic eye, and you can look through the back of my head and see out(old people will get that reference) or stem-cells well regrow my optical nerves. Seriously though if it was as easy as glasses or contacts I would have probably stumbled onto that over the past 32 years.
