If english isn't your first language, or you're quite fluent, a lot of the jokes will miss you, but the music is still spot on.

I dunno. It's pretty damn funny the first few listens, but it's nothing I'll actively put on. I wouldn't go so far as recommending someone search out and purchase that record.

yes punky is great, its the funniest devin album, and the songs are excelent, I posted some lyrics on, long time ago... and it maid everyone wanting to buy it.

Yes, if it was just funny, I wouldn't really recommend it. But the songs are good and damn catchy.
