I've tried using IM on my phone before, I'm not signed up for the service, so I dunno how it charges me, but I don't have a limit, I guess it just charges me for each messages... probably not nearly as cheap as if I signed up for the package, I've only used it a few times when it was the only way to contact someone, and then its just .."HEY CALL ME!" hahaha
