I'm planning on frying some up tonight, after I have my first attempt at making calzones... made the dough yesterday, now just have to roll 'em up, shove 'em full and bake them , I suppose, lol. Oh well, if I screw that up, I'll have the sopaipillas to fall back on, they look easy enough to make
