He makes a good point though. why would rent go up for buildings already owned? Well, taxes go up, utilities go through the damn roof..its only a matter of time before it happens.

But I like the guy, even though he is sometimes incoherent and maybe a pedo. He reminds me of a black Colonel Sanders.
