The Simpsons in Canada is great. But, I've got a question. What's up with the sport/activity called curling and using the broom? Would someone please explain or tell me what its all "ABOOT"? LOL. CANADA RULES
in curling someone pushes the stone/rock, and then the goal would be to get it closest to the center. the more you push the brrom the farther it will go because your smoothing the ice out. if it needs more speed, you sweep/brush with the broom, it it needs to stay on course, don't. the person who threw the stone plays a large part in that they call for the brooming and initially push the stone. its one of canada's most popular sports, it gets huge ratings. i don't know what it is about it though. i say now its boring, but i betcha if it were on right now(and not the Olympics with Canada vs. Czech, with Canada up 1-0) then i might be watching. its weird, its kinda addictive. never played it though
