Fans of the Image Comic series, The Walking Dead, can be excited by the recent news:
"It has been reported on August 12th, 2009 that AMC won the bidding war for the rights to make a Walking Dead television series. Currently Frank Darabont has been tied to the project as writer, director and executive producer. He previously attempted to develop this project while working with NBC. Gale Anne Hurd has also been attached to the project."
I just finished Volume 8. Man, I thought I put my characters through hell. Kirkman and team just write their people into despair. We'll see how the show manages to pull off the human drama along with the zombies.
