Which is meant to be the real time in game graphic shot? The movie? That may be a real time in game movie, but I doubt it's game play.

The screenshot from 3D gamers is real time. the flash movie on the official website is a rendered cinematic. I like the story so far, it's a gritty dark fantasy world, the quests are very interesting and they flow with the story. Mini games like Poker Dice and Bar fighting competitions. The combat system took a little getting used to first but it's kinda cool once you get the hang of it, certain enemies can only be taken with certain styles, you have a fast style against agile creatures and rogue types, you have a heavy style for big creatures and heavy armor guys, and a group style that is an elven sword dance for taking on more then 1 enemy at a time. Then you have a regular sword for people and a silver sword for monsters and ghosts you need to switch between. The combat is basically click to attack then don't click and wait for the cursor to change to a firesword looking icon and click in time to execute the next level combo,etc,etc. Once you get used to it, it's not so bad, I prefer it to the first person hack and slash of Oblivion and Gothic 3.
You can use a stun spell and that will let you do a fatality like mortal kombat when you attack. When you rescue damsels in distress you get to bed them and collect a card in game for every wench, you know like poke'mon gotta catch em all.
The visuals are the best part of the game, the graphics are amazing.
