I think it never was released on an album, as i can't find it in my collection.
It's obviously not Threshold, or Sargant Fury and judging by the date of 1999 it predates Yargos, Swampfreaks and Jack of All.

Never heard of this one. I guess Mac used to record music on his own, probably Do Unto Them (issued on the Special Edition of Critical Mass) was another of these songs
