Then: The Demon, Now: The Shit-Demon

Back in the day Gene "The Demon" Simmons the bassist from Kiss (for those who don't know) used to be a hero of mine. Then he took is face paint off. Their music started to go down hill. Now Mr. Simmons has released his first solo album "Asshole" without Kiss (really its his second) and its absolute shit.
He has not really been creative on his cover of the Prodigy classic "Firestarter". And as for the title track its as he says "Is like a bucket of pee". Poor effort Gene. We're dissapointed in you.

I can't say I have any interest in hearing his solo album.

I LOVED genes 78 album. It is a microcosm of all that was cool in the 1970s. That's why "Asshole" is such a disapointment.
