Theocracy Compilation... or scam?

I stumbled upon this previously unknown to me Theocracy release today.
No tracks I haven't already legitimately acquired, but interesting.

So is this a total scam? Surely if it was legit, I would have heard something sooner.

And can we shut down this blogger to stop illegal free downloads?

Interesting that the Ulterium logo is on the back artwork. I would think it is a scam. Isn't "Gregarious Raconteur" more of a Matt Smith song than a Theocracy song?

MediaFire is a trusted file host so I went ahead and downloaded the files. The RAR files contain the legitimate songs, but this album is still a definitely fake. Basically, downloading it would be considered pirating. (Thankfully, I legitimately own all the songs anyway.)

Using Google Chrome's right-click + "Search Google for this image" option, I found that the artwork is from an album called The Crest by guitarist Axel Rudi Pell.

Well done, I must admit searching by using the image was the last thing on my mind, but the cover did strike me as a genuine piece of work. 10/10 Arkatox

Not the special songs like "Angels from the realms of glory," "O come O come Emmanuel," or (unfortunately) "Storm's a'Comin.".
