Going with the European labels idea, have you checked into Rivel Records.Christian Rivel, who you have heard of I am sure, owns it and is an awesome guy Maybe try sending it to him? They have a load of awesome christian metal bands.

Another idea for Europe would be to send the CD to MCM-Music, the management for bands like Narnia, Seventh Avenue and Rob Rock (former management of Saviour Machine...). They always find good deals for their bands...
