This just sucks. I am sure we have all talked to a Metallica fan and mentioned how Anthrax has never sold out. Well, we should skip lunch cause we will have to eat a alot of crow now.

Well, I am interested in hearing new recordings from them but I will hold on making a statement, who knows, it might not be like Metallica, the music might actually be good! It is possible!

Sell out my ass. Anthrax was never the same after Joey left. They were a totally different band. This is back to the original. How did they sell out? If you don't like it, take a walk and come back when/if Bush comes back.

nice to see some new people around here!!!agree!!! with Bush they should have changed theire name!! it had nothing to do with the old Trax. I'm glad they put up some shows with the "old"crew. Don't know how long it's gonna last but it's a nice thing for a change!

Personally, as long as Scott and Charlie want there to be an 'Anthrax', I don't give a shit who they choose to be the other Anthraxians. Dan Spitz is an awesome lead guitarist. Joey Belladonna is what he is but, he was at the front when Anthrax became a household word amongst the Metal throng. So just wait for the first output and I'll be willing to bet that it will be nothing short of heavy and killer!

I don't know how long it will last but I personally am excited. I have loved every version of anthrax but what I always loved about the joey era was that they were the oddball of the thrax era. they were that silly band who looked very goofy up onstage but yet they thrashed out hard. that isn't a knock against john but I always preferred his voice in armored saint. heck, I don't think anyother 5 goofballs would have fit even on that episode of married with children. :Spin:
