There's this kids show where

they communicate in both spoken and sign language simultaneously and the show is called "Deaf Planet."

it suffered from low ratings, so they added a rap number every show and hipped-up urban clothing and altered the name to "Def Planet".

sometimes a pair of mongoose hands will poke through a crack in the set's wall and speak to the kids in animalese sign language. this is a subset of episodes aka gef's planet
