I always thought that metal was strictly an American music form, but I recently heard there are some metal bands in Europe, too! And some of them even sing in languages other than English!

When did this trend start and how are the Europeans reacting to this extreme form of American culture invading their airwaves?

I've already reached one of my goals-Forming the first "metal" "band" from MD that doesn't have a stupid name.This band includes Famous Amos and I plus another friend.I'm not saying our music is good or anything(ha,music),but we have a cool name-Morphiette.I made it up.A combination of the words morphine and opiate,except it's spelled w/the "ette"because the band is comprised of 3 females.Name first,music later...when we actually lear how to create music.

Immortal too... but they know what they're doing. Since you're just starting out, the more people you have the better cause you can all brainstorm together and bounce off ideas and come up with tunes and riffs faster.
