Things You Realized Much Later Than You Should Have

I should have treated my depression before high school.
I shouldn't have gone to college straight out of high school.
Coffee stunts your growth.

Primary elections are competitions only within political parties.
Registering as an Independent is a bad idea if your state has a closed primary.

It took me a while to realize that Orbis de Ignis means roughly "of a circle of fire." I was actually high one day in school and I took out my ipod in class.

I bought a new sound card a few days ago due to my onboard audio's shitty quality and low volume getting on my nerves. I was initially very satisfied with the improvements, but for the past couple days I've noticed a lot of crackling where I never noticed it before on nearly every album, and was worried that there may have been other problems. Just now (five minutes ago) realized that the graphic equalizer settings were way too fucking high, and I usually don't even touch it.

I should have skipped my first marriage.

I should have used my talents to make a living instead of thinking I can't be anything without a college education (which I never completed).

I should have invested in the ethanol plant built near my hometown in the early 1990's, and then sold in the early 2000's. People who did literally had a 500% return on their investment.

Those are just 3 out of an infinite number of things I should have done differently. Oh well, C'est la vie.

I should have pursued a different academic path.
I shouldn't have eaten macaroni and cheese for breakfast when I was a kid.
I should have been financially responsible in Japan the first 2 years I was there.
