Hard to complain about, because the left (plus McCain) are the ones who instituted these kind of campaign-finance laws, against the outcries of Republicans. Now the GOP's using the laws against their creators, in a way.
Section 100.29 of the federal election regulations defines restricted corporate-funded ads as those that identify a candidate by his name, nickname, photograph or drawing or make it otherwise apparent through an unambiguous reference.
by July 30 the buzz will be so big that advertising won't matter. the Right hasn't learned the hard lesson of their whining about Franken's latest book or the groups who whined about Mel Gibson's movie. The more fuss you kick up, the more people are curious to read/view the fussed material.
i mean... it's funny because i wouldnt have even seen it. but if they ban that fucker i'll sell my soul to see it just to be a jerk. that's how american's are. doesn't anyone know that? and that bill... well i mean, what do they do? take all the OLD political movies made a year ago off the shelves for that time period? take them off the internet? NETFLIX? it's so complicated.
i totally agree with lizard. it's like that book 'the da vinci code' which has the worst ending ever might i add. but as soon as people flipped about it, there were always 30 people in the subway reading it every day.
