Just finished watching this segment on 60 minutes after the Pats game. This kid is a prodigy in every sense of the word.

Oh ya, he also took a Beethoven piano sonata and flipped the book around and started to play the backwards, inverted notes effortlessly!!!!

I had it on for a few minutes, but I thought it was a telling indictment of our school system and society when the parents were saying his teachers and the school administrators didnt think the boy fit into school, and his behavior was not normal; thus they had many meetings to discuss how it was wrong for the child to be writing music instead of engaging in school work, and associating with his peers.

It s obvious society and the school system is anything but accepting of genius and creativity.
