For those that missed it, the show is always the same time on Sundays,
and the times are in the banner in my signature promoting the show.
but obviously I only have one time zone listed and that is US EASTERN time.

So calculate from there for your time zone.

so 8am and 2 pm for Central,
6am an 12noon Mountain time West coast.

If you're in Europe, your west coast starts 5 hours earlier than our East Coast
and so on, increasing an hour with each time zone as you move East. ; )
