Big thrash influence here, definitely some doom, and maybe just a hint of progressive. That's me wrapped up in a ball. What do you think of my mix?

For the snare, its too "boing" sounding try losing a few dB between 1-2K.

I get that a lot I was listening to Candlemass a lot when I wrote this.

I'll try EQing the snare like you said tomorrow and compare. Thanks for listening.

What I think you should do is ad a slowly progressing bass line to the intro and make it sound like your slamming the bass line into the into the long cords. I'm not a guitarist though so I don't really all that much info. It really was great reminded me of CoC.
