Threat Signal

Personally, I like the new album. Of course it's different though... the main rhythm guitarist/songwriter left. lol. I'm listening to this almost as if it were a brand new band. I'm enjoying what Travis has contributed to this band. I enjoy the previous album still; but this new one will still be in my playlist for quite some time! :) It's MUCH better than the Arkaea album, that's for damn sure!

so today i listen to the whole record and its boring...soundwise and songwriting.singer is not my cup of tee and always this melodical part..i dont like that.no aggression ..is this modern metal for kiddies?

Superior 2.0 + Drumagog FTW!!!!!!!!!11one

I might be showing my nerdy sense of humor a bit too much here, but that "one" at the end of your exclamation mark string actually had me LOLing in a most literal sense, haha. So much so that I had to explain to my Fiance what I was loling about. Damn I'm a dweeb.

Back on topic, I wish I could get into these guys. I really dig the music, but I don't dig the singer's style much at all, aside from those wicked high screams. Its a shame, because he's really good at what he does, I just can't dig it.

Travis came into town to hang with some guys I used to jam with. Amazing guitarist, especially for being so young - but overall I've never found these guys that amazing.

Travis can't play his own shit live, is very overrated (especially for being how young he is! :zombie:,) and is kind of an egotistical asshole.. Met him after his show at Station 4 at the bar and just.. I really wish Kyle wouldn't have left and Jon Howard didn't make them have clean breakdowns every 2 fucking seconds. At the show I went to, they had just gotten done with their set and had time for an extra song, so someone screamed Faceless.. Good god the horror.. Drummer was missing kicks left and right, Travis and Adam just absolutely fail at the whole musical concept, and the sound guy really sucks at micing up an Engl.
